COOK FROM FROZEN: This product has been individually vacuum-sealed and flash frozen to preserve the incredible taste, freshness and quality.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F). Remove frozen chicken strips from package. Place chicken strips in a single layer on a non-stick baking tray. Place baking tray on the center rack of the oven. Bake for 8 minutes. Flip chicken strips over and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes. Time may vary from oven to oven.
DEEP FRYING: Add oil in a fryer or pan and pre-heat at 180°C (356°F). Remove frozen chicken strips from package. Deep-fry for 1-2 minutes. Flip the chicken strips over and deep-fry for another 1-2 minutes. Allow chicken strips to stand for 1-2 minutes.

Our Chilean Sea Bass comes from a small-pull boat operation in Patagonia, where it’s cleaned, cut and blast-frozen on the boat, sealing in its just-out-of-the-ocean freshness until you’re ready to thaw, cook, and enjoy.
DEFROST BEFORE USE: This product has been individually vacuum-sealed and flash frozen to preserve the incredible taste, freshness and quality. Defrost in the refrigerator and use within 24 hours. For best results remove from refrigerator and packaging for up to 20 minutes prior to cooking.
PAN: Let sea bass sit out for 30 minutes before cooking. Add butter and garlic to a small sauce pan and shimmer to spoon over the fish later. Add olive oil to another pan over medium heat. Pat dry sea bass and salt both sides of fish. Add fish to pan and cook for 4 minutes on each side. Strain garlic from butter and pour over plated fish. Note: If you have thicker sea bass and it’s not all the way cooked you can put in a 220C heated oven for a few minutes.

CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat oven to 220°C (fan oven 180°C). Place the deep-frozen Cream Cheese Jalapeños on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden-yellow and crispy, turning once.
DEEP FRYING: Preheat vegetable oil to 180°C. Fry the deep-frozen Cream Cheese Jalapeños 3 minutes until golden-yellow and crispy. Before eating let rest them for 2 minutes.
