We deliver to both residential and business addresses in Dubai. We are unable to deliver to PO boxes.
Orders received before 2pm will typically be delivered next day delivery during registered time slots. With concerns around the spread of COVID-19, online shopping continues to rise at an unprecedented rate. We’ll always do what we can to make the process of getting your food to you as quick as we can, but not at the sacrifice of the health and safety of our team members or customers.

We generally cannot accommodate changes any later than the order cut off time of 2pm for next day delivery. There are certain times where we can make changes depending on the specifics of the order and the timing. You can email us with your request, though we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to change it.
Once our courier has picked up your package, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
In order to move your order into the fulfilment queue, your card will be charged at the time of checkout confirmation. After this our specialized team will begin the fulfilment process there could be a lag time between when your card is charged and when you receive a shipping confirmation. But please know that your order will be fulfilled, and we stand by our guarantee of satisfaction.
For the best results, we recommend thawing products in their original packaging in the refrigerator prior to cooking. For quick thawing, place vacuum sealed products in cold water for 30 to 45 minutes. We do not recommend using a microwave to thaw products because it will lose more natural juices; resulting in a final product that may be drier and less tender.
All products carry a “Production & Expiry” which is usually 6-12 months prior to expiry in frozen state. After defrosting, the products will last 5 to 7 days in the refrigerator although we recommend that they are consumed within 24 hours.

We strive for 100% satisfaction on every purchase and should any item fail to meet your expectations, we’ll be happy to provide you with a refund. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the product is damaged or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We may require the return or photo documentation of the product with which you are dissatisfied before we substitute an acceptable item, issue a credit or give you cash back. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are provided; which are confirmed on the order acknowledgement.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
From farm to finished product, safety is our top priority. We exceed all requirements in training, testing, sourcing, and sanitation for quality cuts that you can serve with confidence.
Before our aged meat is ready to be butchered, each night, a specialised sanitation team cleans our facility from floor to ceiling; this includes disassembling machinery and cleaning the parts individually. Finally, the sanitation team, and the regulated Quality Assurance Personnel test the facility every day before we begin.
Following the Dubai Governments latest health and safety announcement we have decided to take additional precautions for the safety of our community. All of our selected delivery drivers follow strict procedures during and at the time of delivery.
Prior to the arrival of delivery, our drivers secure a new face mask and is adjusted after removing their helmet. Hands are sanitised before and after every pick up, along with disposable hand gloves used for extra protection. During the delivery the cool bag is placed in front of the door, and items are arranged on the top of the clean cool bag. All couriers maintain more than a 1-meter distance from the door, and the customer is greeted while asked to verify all items.
