Simply defrost, then roast or grill planked salmon on the plank. Its great flavour makes this eco-friendly fish dish a perennial favourite.
This product has been individually vacuum-sealed and flash frozen to preserve the incredible taste, freshness and quality. Cook from frozen or thawed. If thawed, reduce the cooking times below by 5 minutes. The board comes pre soaked, but for added safety and cedar smoke flavour, place defrosted board in a shallow pan with water and slightly immerse wooden plank for 15-20 minutes before grilling.
GRILL: Preheat grill to medium heat. Place planked salmon on a grill-rack 3-4 minutes away from the heat source. Grill for 15-20 minutes or when fish feels firm to the touch.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 180°C and place planked salmon on a nonstick baking sheet and roast for approx 20-25 min. cooking times may vary, so continue to cook until desired doneness
