Defrost in the refrigerator before cooking. Preheat oven to 175°C (347°F). Remove the Beef Wellington from the packaging and place in the center of oven and bake for 30-35 minutes for medium well done. Allow to stand for 1-2 minutes before eating. Time may vary from oven to oven. This product was fully cooked prior to being frozen.
You can test for doneness using a meat thermometer or instant-read thermometer; Rare @ 52°C, Medium @ 63°C and Well Done @ 71°C.
