BAKING INSTRUCTIONS: Place salmon and butter on a greased baking dish, bake 12-16 minutes at 200°C. Spin baking dish halfway through for even cooking.
GRILLING INSTRUCTIONS: Melt butter in a small pan. Oil the grill and cook salmon seasoned side down over medium-high heat for 5-8 minutes. Flip, remove from the grill and spoon melted butter over the top.
SKILLET/STOVETOP INSTRUCTIONS: Melt butter in a pan over medium-low heat. Cook salmon 5-8 minutes, brushing with butter occasionally.
