BLACKENED & SMOKED BUTTER WILD SOCKEYE SALMON 198G

  • On its own, sockeye salmon is tough to top. But when combined with smoked butter and a blackening spice blend, now that’s a true winner. Enjoy splashes of hickory, paprika, garlic, cayenne, thyme, jalapeño, and more in this flavourful fish dish.
  • BAKING INSTRUCTIONS: Place salmon and butter on a greased baking dish, bake 12-16 minutes at 200°C. Spin baking dish halfway through for even cooking.
    GRILLING INSTRUCTIONS: Melt butter in a small pan. Oil the grill and cook salmon seasoned side down over medium-high heat for 5-8 minutes. Flip, remove from the grill and spoon melted butter over the top.
    SKILLET/STOVETOP INSTRUCTIONS: Melt butter in a pan over medium-low heat. Cook salmon 5-8 minutes, brushing with butter occasionally.
