DEFROST BEFORE USE: This product has been individually vacuum-sealed and flash frozen to preserve the incredible taste, freshness and quality. Defrost in the refrigerator and use within 5 to 7 days. For best results remove from refrigerator and packaging for up to 20 minutes prior to cooking.
PAN & OVEN: Heat a small amount of oil in a large ovenproof pan over high heat. Season the tenderloin well and then sear in the pan for 2-3 minutes on both sides until well browned. Place the pan in the oven at 200°C and cook for 10 minutes. Then flip the tenderloin over and cook for an additional 10 to 15 minutes or until the meat has reached 63°C in the thickest part for Medium doneness.

For tenderness and succulence allow the steak to rest, uncover in a warm place for 5-10 minutes after cooking before slicing and serving. We have given you these cooking instructions as a guide only. You can test for doneness using a meat thermometer or instant-read thermometer; Rare @ 52°C, Medium @ 63°C and Well Done @ 71°C.
