DEFROST BEFORE USE: This product has been individually vacuum-sealed and flash frozen to preserve the incredible taste, freshness and quality. Defrost in the refrigerator and use within 5 to 7 days. For best results remove from refrigerator and packaging for up to 20 minutes prior to cooking.
TO PAN-FRY: Brush the steak with oil and season with salt and pepper (optional). Pre-heat your pan over a high heat, then reduce to medium and carefully place the steak in the pan and cook to your liking. Rare: 3 minutes on each side; Medium: 4 minutes on each side; Well done: 6-7 minutes on each side.
TO GRILL: Brush the steak with oil and season with salt and pepper (optional)-heat the grill to medium and carefully place over the grill and cook to your liking. Rare: 4 minutes on each side; Medium: 5 minutes on each side; Well done 7-8 minutes on each side.
NOTE: Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not re-heat. For tenderness and succulence allow the steak to rest, uncover in a warm place for 3-4 minutes after cooking. We have given you these cooking instructions as a guide only. Cooking times and temperatures may vary with method of preparation, size and shape of the steak and your desired degree of doneness. You can test for doneness using a meat thermometer or instant-read thermometer; Rare @ 52°C, Medium @ 63°C and Well Done @ 71°C.
