CAB® Schmacon Beef Bacon slices are great on their own or as a complement at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Crisps up fast in oven, pan or microwave.
DEFROST BEFORE USE: This product has been individually vacuum-sealed and flash frozen to preserve the incredible taste, freshness and quality. Defrost in the refrigerator and use within 5 to 7 days. For best results remove from refrigerator and packaging for up to 20 minutes prior to cooking.
TO PAN-FRY: Fry beef bacon at 170°C for approximately 3 minutes per side. Drain thoroughly on absorbent paper.
TO BAKE: Place beef bacon on rack in shallow pan. Bake at 190°C approximately for 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Drain thoroughly on an absorbent paper.
TO MICROWAVE: Place beef bacon on microwave safe dish and microwave on high for approximately 1 minute per slice. Drain thoroughly on absorbent paper.
