DEFROST BEFORE USE: This product has been individually vacuum-sealed and flash frozen to preserve the incredible taste, freshness and quality. Defrost in the refrigerator and use within 24 hours. For best results remove from refrigerator and packaging for up to 20 minutes prior to cooking.
TO BAKE: Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking sheet with aluminium foil. Place salmon on the lined baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil on the filet, sprinkle with Sea Salt, place lemon slices on top. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest for 2 minutes, then cut into fillets and enjoy!
