What a vegetable! Pickled gherkins often spend their lives in salads or in little dreary glass bowls. Not only are there many vitamins inside. Coated in tempura batter, the popular vegetable now brings to the fore its subtle spicy, sour taste: quickly into the oven and then directly into the mouth. So the little vegetable snack is a real treat.
COOK FROM FROZEN: This product has been individually vacuum-sealed and flash frozen to preserve the incredible taste, freshness and quality.
DEEP FRYING: Preheat vegetable oil to 182°C. Fry the for 3 minutes until golden-yellow and crispy. Before eating, rest for 2 minutes.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 200°C circulating air. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for approx 11 minutes until golden-yellow and crispy, turning once.
