Lemony salmon just might be the most beloved seafood dish on Earth, but you’ve never had a version as tasty as this. The sockeye salmon is, of course, the star, but hints of lemony tang and herbs like thyme, oregano, and sage really bring everything together.
BAKING INSTRUCTIONS: Place salmon and butter on a greased baking dish, bake for 12-16 mins at 200°C. Spin baking dish halfway through for even cooking.
GRILLING INSTRUCTIONS: Melt butter in a small pan. Oil the grill and cook salmon seasoned side down over medium-high heat for 5-8 minutes. Flip, remove from the grill and spoon melted butter over the top.
SKILLET/STOVETOP INSTRUCTIONS: Melt butter in a pan over medium-low heat. Cook salmon 5-8 minutes, brushing with butter occasionally.
