DEFROST BEFORE USE: Once thawed follow the cooking instructions and serve. Discard the burger if it has been left thawed longer than 24 hours. Do not refreeze. Do not pre-heat then re-cook.
TO PAN-FRY: Pre-heat frying pan to a medium heat and add cooking oil or butter. Cook from frozen for 7-8 minutes flipping regularly until the burger has browned evenly. Check the burger regularly while cooking, do not press it with utensils.The burger should be brownish/pink in the centre and be very succulent. All appliances vary - Cooking instructions are provided as a guideline only for the very best results.
