  • Pre-heat frying pan and add cooking oil or butter. Cook from frozen on medium heat for 8-10 minutes in total. Fry for a few minutes on each side until nicely browned/caramelised, moving around regularly. Make sure the Sausage is cooked thoroughly before eating.
