Cut from our Famous Beef Back Ribs, these Sous Vide beef Riblets are fall off the bone goodness. Simply heat, brush with your favourite BBQ sauce and serve!
DEFROST BEFORE USE: This product has been individually vacuum-sealed and flash frozen to preserve the incredible taste, freshness and quality. Defrost in the refrigerator and use within 5 days. Remove the Riblets from inner vacuum bag prior to cooking.
TO COOK: Place on a baking tray, evenly spaced, in the centre of a 200°C (392°F) pre-heated oven for 22-25 minutes. Turn once half way through cooking time. Allow to stand for 1-2 minutes and then serve with your favourite sauce and enjoy!
NOTE: Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not re-heat. Time may vary from oven to oven. You can test for doneness using a meat thermometer or instant-read thermometer. Rastelli Riblets should be cooked until the internal temperature reaches 63°C (145°F).
