COOK FROM FROZEN: This product has been individually vacuum-sealed and flash frozen to preserve the incredible taste, freshness and quality.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat oven to 170°C. Remove clear vacuum bag and place in the center of oven. Cook for an additional 25 minutes. Allow to stand for 1-2 minutes before serving, then enoy it!
