Slow and low - it’s what makes Sous Vide style cooking so good. Our Sous Vide 3 Bone Short Rib is slow cooked meat at its most tender and delicious.
DEFROST BEFORE USE: This product has been individually vacuum-sealed and flash frozen to preserve the incredible taste, freshness and quality. Defrost in the refrigerator and use within 5 to 7 days. For best results remove from refrigerator and packaging for up to 20 minutes prior to cooking.
TO COOK: Preheat oven to 200°C (392°F). Remove clear vacuum bag from box and place in the center of oven. Cook in the bag for 12 minutes and then flip over and cook for an additional 12 minutes. Allow to stand for 1-2 minutes before opening, then serve with your favourite sauce and enjoy!
NOTE: Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not re-heat. Time may vary from oven to oven. You can test for doneness using a meat thermometer or instant-read thermometer. Ribs should be cooked until the internal temperature reaches 63°C (145°F).
