DEFROST BEFORE USE: This product has been individually vacuum-sealed and flash frozen to preserve the incredible taste, freshness and quality. Defrost in the refrigerator and use within 24 hours. For best results remove from refrigerator and packaging for up to 20 minutes prior to cooking.
TO BAKE: Preheat your oven to 220°C. Lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick spray. In a small bowl, whisk together the butter, lemon juice, garlic, and salt (add a pinch of red pepper for a spicier version). Place the cod fillets in the baking dish. Pour the butter mixture on top. Use a brush if needed to evenly distribute the thick sauce on top of the fillets. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered, until the fish is white and flakes easily with a fork. Depending on the thickness of your fish fillets and on your oven, this should take about 15 minutes.
